IT Support for Warehousing & Distribution
In a distribution center, the network is the operation. We design, secure and maintain the office and warehouse technology that keeps inventory moving and orders leaving on time.
When the network stops, the floor stops
A distribution operation has almost no slack. Orders come in through the office, get released to the floor, are picked and packed against a system, labeled, staged and loaded. Every one of those steps touches the network. Take the wireless away and the handhelds go quiet, which means picks stop being confirmed even though people are still working.
Warehouses are also a hostile environment for the technology that offices take for granted. Metal racking blocks signal. Ceilings are high and equipment is far apart. Temperatures swing, dust gathers and devices get dropped. A network that performs fine in a carpeted office will behave very differently in a 40,000 square foot building with racking in every aisle.
We build for that reality: covered aisles, wired backhaul where wireless is the wrong answer, workstations at receiving, shipping and the office, secure connections for the systems your floor depends on, and backups and continuity for the records behind them.
Dead zones are the classic problem. Signal works at receiving and drops in the far aisles, so someone walks back to a good spot to rescan, and the pick count quietly slips behind schedule. It rarely gets reported as an IT ticket, which is why it persists for months.
Receiving and shipping desks have their own version: a workstation that cannot open the WMS at the dock, a label printer that vanishes from the network, a scale or scanner that only works on one USB port nobody can identify. These are small failures in the two places where a queue forms fastest.
The office side has the same pattern with higher stakes: the inventory and accounting data behind the whole operation sitting on one aging server, backed up to a drive in the same room, never test-restored. A theft, a flood or a failed disk turns an operational headache into a records problem that takes weeks to unwind.
What a reliable distribution environment gives you
Coverage across every aisle
Wireless designed with a site survey for racking, high ceilings and long runs, so handhelds work where the work happens.
Docks that keep moving
Maintained workstations and printers at receiving and shipping, where a single failure creates the longest queue.
Protected operational records
Backups of inventory, order and accounting data, stored somewhere other than the server room and restored in tests.
Secure system access
Individual accounts and multi-factor authentication for the WMS, ERP and file shares, including for temps and seasonal staff.
A plan for the day the power or line drops
Documented failover and a clear sequence for what runs first when the building loses connectivity.
What our warehousing IT support covers
Distribution operations we work with
Third-party logistics providers
Multi-client warehouses where access, labeling and reporting have to stay separated and reliable.
Wholesale distributors and fulfillment centers
Operations running pick, pack and ship against an order system, with seasonal volume that punishes instability.
Manufacturers with on-site storage
Facilities where production and inventory share a network and a support relationship.
Situations we hear about most
Why distribution teams choose us
We design for the building
Access point placement follows the racking, not a floor plan drawn for an office.
One team, office and floor
The same local team supports the people at the desks and the people with scanners, so issues stop bouncing between vendors.
Local and available
Miami-Dade based, reachable in English or Spanish, and able to be on the floor the same day when remote is not enough.
Local support across Miami-Dade
We support warehouses, 3PLs and distribution centers throughout Miami-Dade County, Medley, Doral, Hialeah, Miami Lakes, Opa-locka, the seaport corridor and Kendall, with remote support daily and on-site visits when the floor needs hands.

No. Your WMS, ERP and shipping platforms belong to their vendors, and we do not develop or replace them. We maintain the network, devices, accounts and connectivity they run on, and we coordinate with each vendor when the fault is inside their application.
Let’s look at the network under your floor
Tell us the size of the building, how many handhelds and workstations you run and what stops first when something fails. We will come back with a plan and a clear monthly price.
