Managed IT & Cybersecurity for Real Estate & Property Management
Agents work from the office, the car and the road. We keep the branches connected, the transaction files protected and remote access boring enough to forget about.
The office is wherever the agent is standing
A real estate brokerage or property management company has an unusual technology footprint. There is a main office, sometimes a second branch, a handful of agents who work mostly from their cars, and a property management team that spends half its week in buildings rather than at a desk.
The systems are just as spread out. The MLS and transaction platforms are web-based. Contracts and disclosures move through e-signature. Owners expect statements on time. Tenants expect the portal to work. And somewhere behind all of it is a shared drive with leases, inspection photos and association documents going back years.
We support that whole shape, the network in each office, the laptops and phones that leave it every morning, the shared files, the email that carries offers and wiring instructions, and the backup that makes a bad afternoon recoverable.
The most common issue is inconsistency. The office has a decent connection and a managed machine; the branch has a consumer router somebody plugged in three years ago; the agent at a showing is on a phone hotspot. When something does not work, nobody can tell whether the problem is the device, the network or the platform.
The second is document access. Property management in particular generates an enormous paper trail: leases, addenda, inspections, vendor invoices, board packets. When those live on one administrator’s desktop, a vacation or a resignation becomes an operational emergency.
The third is transaction fraud. Real estate is a target because the amounts are large and the timing is predictable. A spoofed email about updated wiring instructions, sent during a closing week, is a familiar story in this industry and it is worth engineering against.
What a maintained environment gives your offices
One standard across branches
The same network, device and account setup in every office, so support does not begin with a guessing game.
Agents who can work anywhere
Laptops and phones set up for remote access to the systems they need, without turning security off to do it.
Files that survive turnover
Leases and transaction records stored centrally with permissions, not trapped on an individual machine.
Fewer convincing payment emails
Domain protection, filtering and clear external-sender markers on messages that mention wire instructions.
What our real estate IT support covers
We support the environment around your platforms, not the platforms themselves. MLS, transaction management and property management software belong to their vendors.
MLS and transaction platforms
Workstations and browsers configured so listing and transaction systems open reliably, including from a branch or a hotspot.
E-signature and disclosure packages
Email that delivers, links that work and a documented place to keep the signed result.
Leases, inspections and association records
A structured shared location with permissions, so a lease from 2019 is findable when an owner asks.
Owner statements and tenant portals
Reliable access and printing for monthly statement runs, and support when a portal login stops working.
Businesses we work with
Residential brokerages
Offices with a mix of staff and independent agents, where devices and expectations vary wildly.
Property management companies
Teams handling leases, maintenance requests and owner reporting across dozens of buildings.
Commercial real estate and leasing firms

Yes. Many brokerages have a mix of staff and independent contractors. We can set up a standard agent configuration, define what contractors may access, and keep their accounts separate from staff accounts so permissions stay clear when someone moves on.
