Managed IT & Cybersecurity for Manufacturing & Industrial Companies
The office and the plant share a building, and sometimes a network. We keep business IT stable and separated from production equipment, so neither one takes the other down.
Two networks, one building, very different needs
A manufacturer runs a business office and a production floor within a few hundred feet of each other. The office needs email, ERP, invoicing, shipping documents and a shared drive. The floor needs workstations at production stations, label printing, barcode scanning and machine connectivity.
Those needs do not behave the same way. An office update can be scheduled at night. A production workstation cannot reboot in the middle of a run. A shared drive can go down for twenty minutes. A line that loses its network connection may idle a crew of eight.
We treat them as two environments, maintained and secured separately, connected deliberately, rather than one flat network where everything is exposed to everything else. That separation is one of the more valuable things we do for industrial clients.
The most common structural issue is a flat network. When production workstations, office computers, printers and the guest Wi-Fi all sit on the same subnet, a compromise anywhere reaches everywhere, and a broadcast storm in one place affects the other. Segmenting is not exotic; it is what stops a small problem from becoming a plant-wide one.
The second is the age of the equipment on the floor. Industrial PCs and embedded controllers often run older operating systems because the machine vendor requires it. Replacing them is not an IT decision. What we can do is isolate them properly, restrict what they can reach, and document the risk clearly so it is a management decision rather than an accident.
The third is documentation. In many plants, only one or two people know how the network is wired, which switch feeds which line, or what the credentials are. When they are on vacation and something fails, the whole operation waits. Writing that down is unglamorous and enormously valuable.
What a maintained environment gives a plant
Production and office separated
Segmented networks so an office problem does not reach a line, and a floor device does not expose the books.
Fewer unplanned line stoppages
Monitored switches and access points, with spares and a documented layout instead of improvisation.
Office systems that keep up
ERP and shipping workstations maintained so paperwork does not hold up a truck at the dock.
Records that survive a bad day
Backup and tested restore for inventory, order and production records, not just a promise that it is configured.
What our manufacturing IT support covers
We are not a machine-control, SCADA or MES vendor. We support the business network and the office systems, and we isolate production equipment rather than modifying it.
ERP and production planning access
Workstations and network paths configured so planning, order entry and inventory functions stay reachable through the shift.
Barcode scanners and label printing
Wireless coverage and print queues set up for the floor, so receiving and shipping do not wait on a reconnection.
Shipping and receiving systems
Reliable access for carrier platforms and shipping documentation, including at the dock workstation.
Production-floor equipment
Legacy and embedded systems isolated on their own segment with restricted reach, so they cannot be used as a path into the business network.
Manufacturers we work with
Light manufacturing and assembly
Facilities with production stations, a shipping dock and a small office team supporting the operation.
Food and consumer goods producers
Operations with receiving, production and distribution under one roof, where records and traceability matter.
Industrial supply and fabrication
Shops with estimating, production and delivery on the same site and very little tolerance for administrative downtime.
Situations we hear about most
Why industrial clients choose us
We respect production schedules
Maintenance and changes planned around runs and shift changes, not imposed during them.
We isolate rather than interfere
Production equipment stays under its vendor’s support model; we control what it can reach on the network.
We document the plant
Diagrams, device names and credentials recorded, so knowledge does not live in one person’s head.
Local support across Miami-Dade
We support manufacturers and industrial companies throughout Miami-Dade County, Medley, Doral, Hialeah, Miami Lakes, Opa-locka and Homestead, including facilities where the office and production floor share a site.

We do not service or modify the machines themselves, that stays with the equipment vendor, and it should. What we do is provide and secure the network they connect to, isolate them from business systems, and coordinate with the vendor when remote access or connectivity is needed for their support.
