Managed IT & Cybersecurity for Hospitality & Restaurants
The dining room and the back office run on the same network. We keep the administrative side stable and protected, so the guest-facing side can stay focused on guests.
The part of hospitality that guests never see
A restaurant or a small hotel group is judged in the dining room, but it is administered in a back office. Payroll, invoices from purveyors, scheduling, reservations, delivery platform reconciliations and licensing documents all live on a computer that somebody also uses to answer the phone.
That back office is usually the least maintained technology in the building. The point-of-sale gets attention because it touches revenue directly. The laptop that runs payroll, the email that receives invoices and the shared drive holding the last four years of liquor license paperwork get attention only when something breaks.
We take care of that side deliberately: the office network segmented away from the guest network, workstations that are maintained rather than tolerated, email that purveyors and platforms can actually reach, and backups that survive a spilled drink or a stolen bag.
The most common issue is network crowding. The same connection serves guests, staff devices, a point-of-sale system, a delivery tablet and the office computer. When the dining room is full and everyone is on Wi-Fi, the back office loses whatever it needed. Separating those uses is usually a straightforward fix with a large effect.
The second is the invoice-and-email treadmill. Purveyors send statements, delivery platforms send reports, and none of it is filed. Over a year, the bookkeeping becomes an archaeology project. A simple filing discipline in the cloud, with the accountant given access, saves a surprising amount of time.
The third is security exposure. Restaurants handle payment data at the point of sale but also store vendor banking details and employee records in the office. When the same machine is used for invoicing, social media and a manager’s personal browsing, the risk compounds quietly.
What a maintained back office gives you
The office network stops competing
Guest Wi-Fi and business systems separated so a full dining room does not degrade payroll or ordering.
Invoice paperwork in one place
Purveyor statements and platform reports filed in the cloud, with accountant access instead of email forwarding.
Employee records protected
Restricted access to payroll and personnel files on machines that are managed and encrypted.
A backup that survives the room
Cloud backup for business records, so a damaged laptop or a theft is an inconvenience rather than a loss.
What our hospitality IT support covers
We are not a point-of-sale or restaurant management software vendor. We support the network, computers and data around those systems, and we coordinate with their providers.
Point-of-sale connectivity
A stable wired and wireless path for terminals and printers, kept separate from guest traffic. The POS application itself stays with its vendor.
Reservation and scheduling platforms
Reliable access from the host stand and the office, so reservations and staffing tools are available when service starts.
Delivery and marketplace reporting
Working access to the portals that send statements and payouts, plus a filing habit so reconciliations are not a scramble.
Invoices, licenses and personnel files
A structured cloud location with permissions, so an inspector, accountant or insurer request can be answered quickly.
Hospitality businesses we work with
Independent restaurants
Owner-operated venues where the back office is one desk and every hour saved on administration matters.
Small restaurant groups
Two to six locations sharing an office, where payroll and invoicing need one consistent process.
Boutique hotels and guest houses
Properties with front-desk systems, reservations and a small administrative team handling vendor relationships.
Situations we hear about most
Why hospitality operators choose us
We work around service hours
On-site visits and maintenance happen before opening or after close, not during a Friday dinner service.
We protect the business side
Guest experience gets the attention; we make sure payroll, invoices and records are not the weak point.
Local and practical
A Miami-Dade team that will come to the location and explain things in plain language, in English or Spanish.
Local support across Miami-Dade
We support restaurants, small hotel groups and hospitality operators throughout Miami-Dade County, Brickell, Wynwood, Coral Gables, Miami Beach, Doral, Coconut Grove and Little Havana, including multi-location operators.

We support the network, terminals and printers it runs on, and we coordinate with the POS provider when the problem is inside their application. If the issue is connectivity, a failing switch, or a printer that drops off the network, that is ours. If it is a software fault or a menu configuration, we open the vendor case and stay on it.
