Managed IT & Cybersecurity for Construction & Contractors
The office and the job site have to see the same drawings, the same change orders and the same schedule. We build the connection between them and keep it working.
A business split between a desk and a dirt lot
Construction companies run two operations at once. In the office there is estimating, accounting, permitting, submittals and payroll. On site there is a superintendent with a tablet, a project manager with a laptop in a truck, and a set of drawings that changed on Tuesday.
The gap between those two worlds is where most of the friction lives. A revised plan that reaches the field a day late. A change order photographed on a phone and never filed. A time sheet that arrives as a text message. None of it is dramatic, and all of it costs money.
We support the technology that closes that gap: a reliable office network, laptops and tablets that survive real conditions, remote access to drawings and project files, cloud file sharing that works on a weak signal, and backups that protect years of project history.
The first is drawings and revisions. A project lives on the current set, and the current set lives somewhere. When it is a PDF in an email thread, half the field is working from last month’s version and the other half cannot open the file on a phone. Getting everyone onto one authoritative location is usually one of the highest-value things we do for a contractor.
The second is the connection itself. Job sites are hostile to wireless: concrete, steel studs, temporary power, dust, heat. A trailer at the back of a lot may have a cellular link that works in the morning and not after lunch. We design around what is available and set expectations honestly rather than promising office-grade performance on a site that cannot support it.
The third is records. Lien waivers, certified payroll, inspection reports and signed change orders accumulate for years. When a dispute or an audit arrives, the question is whether those files can be produced. If they exist only on a five-year-old laptop in a drawer, the answer is no.
What a maintained setup gives a contractor
One current set of drawings
A single shared location for plans and revisions that the office and the field both reach, on any device.
Field devices that hold up
Rugged, encrypted laptops and tablets configured for site use, with remote wipe if one disappears.
Records you can produce
Project files, payroll records and signed documents retained and backed up with tested restore.
Fewer payment surprises
Email authentication and filtering that make fraudulent invoice and bank-change messages easier to catch.
What our construction IT support covers
We are not a construction management software vendor. We support the environment those platforms run in, and we work alongside your software providers.
Project management and plan platforms
Reliable access to the platform where drawings, RFIs and submittals live, including from a tablet in the field.
Estimating and accounting systems
Workstations and network paths configured so estimating, job costing and payroll run without daily workarounds.
Drawing sets and revision control
A structured shared location with clear naming and dates, so the current revision is obvious to everyone.
Field photos, daily logs and time sheets
A simple way for site staff to get documents back to the office instead of leaving them on a personal phone.
Contractors we work with
General contractors and construction managers
Firms coordinating several active sites, where the office needs visibility and the field needs current documents.
Specialty trade contractors
Electrical, mechanical, roofing and similar trades with tight schedules and a small office team supporting the crews.
Remodeling and residential builders
Smaller operations where the owner is also the estimator, and a broken laptop stops the whole business.
Situations we hear about most
Why contractors choose us
We plan for the site, not just the office
Connectivity and devices chosen for heat, dust and distance, with honest expectations about what a site can support.
We keep the office running
Estimating and accounting workstations maintained so bids go out and payroll runs on schedule.
Local and practical
A Miami-Dade team that will come to the office or the trailer and explain things without jargon.
Local support across Miami-Dade
We support general contractors, trade contractors and builders throughout Miami-Dade County, Doral, Hialeah, Medley, Kendall, Homestead, Miami Lakes and the surrounding areas, including firms running multiple active job sites.

We can design and install a solution where it is feasible, typically a cellular router with an outdoor antenna, or a temporary connection from a local provider, extended with access points as needed. We will be straight with you about what a given site can realistically support. Construction sites are hard environments for wireless, and no design makes a trailer in a remote lot behave like an office.
Let’s look at your operation
Tell us how many office staff and field devices you have, how many active sites are running, and where the paperwork slows down. We will come back with a plan and a monthly price.
